Proposal Coordinator

RSG seeks a Proposal Coordinator for our growing consulting firm. This full-time position is based in our White River Junction, VT office.

AS A PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

Your primary responsibility is to work with technical staff to prepare proposals for federal, state and local government projects. This includes outlining documents, producing drafts, managing content, editing, proofreading and finalizing text, and overseeing document production to ensure proposals are compliant with company standards and submission requirements. You will also be involved in developing marketing materials, database management, supporting department logistics and coordinating proposal lifecycle administrative tasks.

As a member of the Business Development team you are a professional, personable, team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment. You possess superior writing, editing and proofreading skills, and database management knowledge and are able to distill complex technical concepts into clear and succinct prose. You are organized, exhibit high attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to frequently switch gears.
