Office Administrator

RSG seeks an experienced full-time or part-time Office Administrator to support RSG’s corporate business operations in our headquarters in White River Junction, Vermont.


You are the first point of contact at RSG. You welcome guests, direct incoming calls, distribute mail and prepare outgoing shipments. You provide administrative support to corporate and consulting groups in multiple offices through preparing proposals and reports, ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance/service, and preparing expense reports. You schedule meetings and events, book travel and accommodations, order food, set up technology and book venues. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and vendors through phone, email, messaging and web-meetings.

As a member of the Corporate Team, you are a professional, personable, team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment and learning new skills. You are comfortable taking direction from multiple sources and independently fulfilling responsibilities. You are proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ideally SharePoint. You exhibit a high attention to detail in your work and are able to set and judge priorities.
